We transformed a large, open interior into a dynamic two-level office environment that balances functionality with striking architectural design. Cloud-like acoustical ceilings draw the eye upward, emphasizing the scale of the space while softening acoustics and creating a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.

To contrast the building’s original rigid geometry, we introduced hand-shaped curved walls that bring movement, flow, and visual interest to the space. These organic forms help break down the mass of the large square structure, making it feel more inviting and thoughtfully designed.

The finished result is a modern, engaging workplace that blends creative design elements with practical construction solutions—turning an empty shell into a vibrant and purposeful office environment.

ETS is a youth athletic training facility located in a former warehouse space that required a complete functional transformation. The original layout included only a single small bathroom and lacked basic support spaces for athletes.

We reconfigured the area by removing the existing restroom and expanding the footprint to create two large, fully equipped bathrooms along with a dedicated utility room. This upgrade provides proper amenities and a more efficient layout to support the needs of athletes preparing for training.

To maintain the open, industrial character of the space while improving its overall appearance, we applied a dryfall ceiling finish, achieving a clean, modern look without enclosing the structure.

In addition, the original building had no defined entrance or pedestrian access. We constructed a new sidewalk leading to a newly established front door, creating a clear and welcoming entry point into the lobby.

The finished result is a functional, modern athletic facility designed to support performance, circulation, and a strong sense of arrival.

We transformed a closed-off office layout with multiple small rooms that previously created a dark and confined common area. By removing the existing partitions, we opened up the space and reimagined the floor plan for better light flow and functionality.

The redesign includes a new conference room, two private phone rooms, and three offices positioned at the rear of the space. This strategic layout allows natural light from the windows to penetrate deep into the open common work area, creating a brighter, more inviting, and collaborative environment.

The result is a modern office that feels open, efficient, and thoughtfully designed to support both privacy and teamwork.
